Shipping + Returns

UK Shipping

We exclusively use Royal Mail as our main shipping providers but we are open to other couriers - just get in touch with our team. Please note, for some larger orders we may split your products between 2 or more parcels.

Candles

We aim to dispatch all orders (candles) within a maximum of 3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when we’ve posted your order.
Unfortunately, for payments made via PayPal e-Cheque, we’re advised both by PayPal and our store provider not to dispatch products until the payment has cleared (usually 3-5 working days).

UK orders have a flat shipping rate of £4. Your items will normally arrive in 2-3 business days and will be tracked.

 FREE UK Shipping is applied when you spend £80 or more (inclusive of purchasing a robe). If you require any other forms of shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us before purchase - sales@osikanilondon.com

Robes

Delivery charges are £4 for UK mainland delivery - Tracked 48 with signature , normally arrives in 2-3 business days, tracked and requires a signature -  delivery is free on UK orders over £80.

International Shipping

If you would like to have your order shipping outside of UK or ROI, please email sales@osikanilondon.com for a postage quote. 

Please note that all shipments outside of the U.K and NI may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, additional charges must be paid by the recipient. We will not be held responsible for the payment of Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances, and such charges are not included in the purchase price of Osikani London products.

 

When we will provide the products

Goods are normally dispatched within 72 hours for Robes and Candles - after we have accepted your order. We will make reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within 5 working days following confirmation of your order (UK only), however this is only an estimate but we will contact you if there are any delays.

All orders will be sent by Tracked Delivery.

Unhappy with your item? We promise to refund any item you are not completely happy with, within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your account via your original payment method, once we receive your item in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.

Email us at sales@osikanilondon.com and we'll be in touch with instructions to start the refund process.

Please note, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for returns postage, and shipping costs are non-refundable. As we can only guarantee a refund once we receive your item, we recommend using a tracked postal service. We also recommend taking care to wrap fragile items carefully, as we can't process returns for items that are damaged on their return to us.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or returns on sale items or for any purchases older than 14 days.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to change or cancel your order

Amending your order

We are really sorry but in most cases it is not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If the order has not yet been despatched from our HQ we may be able to cancel your order to allow you to replace1x it on the website.

Cancelling your order

If your order has already been despatched from our offices, then you will need to return your order following our returns procedure or you will still be charged for the item. 

 

Our working days and times are Monday to Friday - 10am to 5pm excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays. If orders are made on the weekend, they will be processed on the following Monday. In case of special circumstances, please contact us directly and we will do our best to make this happen for you.
